DJ Bakka

DJ Bakka (Daniel Barker) from Dover UK age 45, Started DJ-ing in 1997 on some soundlab belt drive turntables, saved and grafted for some 1210s, my love for jungle/D&B grew and grew and started doing sets in few pubs and clubs.

The turntables then went away for a few years when I got married and along came our son Dennis, then a few years later I discovered the whole digital/controller software side of things much easier to get back into the music with a small setup.

Recently I converted the loft and then after almost 15 years in flight cases out came the legendary 1210s, this was a pivotal moment for me as really started to feel the music again putting in some serious practice sessions whenever I could.

I am now ready to start sharing some wicked Jungle/Drum & Bass with you all old & new, just want to entertain and keep doing what I love.
